Delivery Areas
The Cartridge Depo Pty Ltd delivers products throughout South Africa, subject to courier service availability and operational conditions.
In-Store Collection
Customers may select In-Store Collection during checkout at no additional charge. Collection is available from our Randburg premises once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Fees
A standard delivery fee of R120.00 per order applies to deliveries within South Africa.
The applicable shipping fee is displayed during checkout before payment is completed. No hidden shipping charges will be added after checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Major metropolitan areas: approximately 1ā3 business days.
- Remote, rural, and outlying areas: delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage and destination.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
