2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on this website are subject to stock availability.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products or packaging may vary.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are not manufactured by the original printer brands unless specifically stated.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.
Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and orders affected by clear errors may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Orders & Payment

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, stock errors, or abuse are suspected.
EFT payments may delay dispatch until payment clears.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery generally takes 1–2 business days in major metropolitan areas.
Remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Same-day Johannesburg delivery may be available for qualifying orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be delivered the next business day.
No deliveries are made on weekends or South African public holidays unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Courier tracking information will be provided where available.

6. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the supplied address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days only if products are new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened or used toner and ink cartridges are not eligible for change-of-mind returns due to their consumable nature.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days after inspection and approval.

8. Consumer Protection Act Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights provided under the South African Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”).

Customers are entitled to the protections and remedies provided under Sections 55 and 56 of the CPA, including the implied 6-month warranty on defective goods.

9. Warranty

Compatible and remanufactured cartridges include a 30-day limited supplier warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, electrical faults, physical damage, or normal toner depletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cartridge Depo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or website services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, load shedding, strikes, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Website Use

Users may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with website operations.
All website content, logos, branding, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Privacy

Customer information is processed in accordance with applicable South African privacy laws and is used only for order processing, customer support, and related business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

14. Updates to Terms

The Cartridge Depo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
